In 2001, MTV had a short-lived cartoon called Undergrads that I loved. The show revolved around four high school friends who had graduated and gone to different schools. I always thought it was hilarious and fantastic, and I loved every episode and all the characters.
One of the characters was a super nerdy guy from Teckerson Tech named Gimpy, who also went by the gamer alias G-Prime. Around some time in 2004 when the DVD came out, I got back into Undergrads just as I was making silly aliases online. And hence, my online moniker of T-Prime came to be.
I’ve named various computers and tech-related things around that alias for a long time now; MacBook Prime, Pro Prime (MacBook Pro), ZPrimeLive (Zune account, then Xbox), iPrime (iPhone), etc.
The whole point of this post being that I synced my old iPod Shuffle the other day and it didn’t have a name, so I’ve decided to call it LMFAO-Prime
